Magicpak Cleaning

Magic Paks, Sky Paks and PTAC's are just a few non-removable HVAC units that NET cleans. The cooling chassis is cleaned by using compressed air and a 300+ CFM vacuum. During this process the condensate pan and drain are inspected for any blockage. NET adds a condensate tablet to help prevent slime and build-up in these pans and drains.

Compact heating and cooling unit cleaning can eliminate potential blockages, overflows, water damage and odor caused by plugged condensate lines or pans. This helps prevent potential issues and additional unplanned repairs. Routine cleaning also expose any pests that may have decided to reside or leave debris in the small space that houses the unit.

The JSAB is our patented tool which performs a unique suction and air pressure cleaning to non-removable HVAC units.
