• Remove the cooling chassis
• Thoroughly clean the cooling coils
• Vacuum in and around unit
• Detailed visual Inspection of Heat Exchanger
• Confirm no blockage of condensate drain and pan
• Add condensate tablets to remove slime and buildup
• Return cooling chassis
• Comb fins on coils, if needed
• Test Cooling and Heating operation of unit
• Thorough Heat Exchanger inspection done with inspection camera upon request (additional charge)
